We strive to bridge the gap between average basketball shooters and the Pros. Our objective is to focus on the player’s arms and equip them with a shooting sleeve using procedural memory to eliminate bad habits and guarantee good form for their shots.
Most compression sleeves, while a popular basketball accessory worn by 65% of NBA players, don’t effectively solve problematic areas around a shooting form.
We took something popular, made it functional, and solved a problem: shooting mechanics.
Our goal is to take our proven 3-step shooting method to enhance and simplify the teaching and learning process through the most dynamic shooting device on the planet.

Christopher Spartz
Christopher Spartz has been in and around basketball for decades. His experiences as a player, then later a coach and trainer, have given him the valuable insight into how the game is played, taught, and coached. Having participated in the highest levels of play, his passion for coaching has led to the creation of SWSH™ for use by players of all ages at all levels of play.
